I’m Layla from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly EUR/USD and gold on a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been stable for me and order execution feels consistent during normal market hours. Spreads are generally fine for my style (I’m not scalping), and I like that I can manage positions easily from mobile when I’m away from my desk. What I’d improve is the way non-trading costs are presented. I had a couple of small charges/adjustments that weren’t “hidden,” but they also weren’t obvious when I first signed up, so I had to dig through the help pages to understand them. Once I knew what to expect it was okay, but the onboarding could be clearer. Support was polite and answered my questions, but the first reply felt a bit templated and I had to ask again to get a direct explanation. In the end, I’m happy enough to keep the account, just wish the cost breakdown was more transparent at the start.
