Reliable fills, but the platform could be smoother

I’m Priya Patel from Chennai and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD with a Standard account. Overall my experience with Intertrader has been positive—orders generally fill as expected and I haven’t had any surprises on my statements. Deposits through card/bank transfer were straightforward, though the verification step took a little back-and-forth because my address proof didn’t match format on the first try. What I like: pricing has been consistent for my style (I do short intraday trades), and I can see the cost clearly before placing orders. Support was polite and answered my questions about leverage and trading hours without pushing me to upgrade. What I’d improve: the web/app experience feels a bit heavy at times during active market hours. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it can be distracting when I’m trying to manage a quick position. Withdrawals did reach me, just not as fast as I expected based on the initial estimate. If they polish the platform performance and make withdrawal timelines clearer, I’d rate it even higher.
