Spreads during normal London hours felt competitive for my style (short intraday trades), and execution has been consistent so far. My only real friction is around funding: the instructions for bank transfer/INR-related fees weren’t super clear upfront, so I had to confirm with support before depositing. Once clarified, the deposit landed the same day. Withdrawals have been okay but not instant — the request status updates could be more transparent in the portal. Support did reply quickly on chat and gave me a reference number, which helped. Overall it’s been a solid experience and I’m continuing with small-to-medium position sizes while I build more history.

Good execution, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Sara from Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using XS.com mainly for short intraday trades on majors. Execution and pricing have been solid on my side, and the platform connection has been stable during normal market hours. Depositing was straightforward and reflected quickly. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/portal experience. A couple of sections feel a bit clunky on mobile (extra clicks and slow loading when I’m trying to pull statements). Support was polite and answered my basic questions, but the first reply felt a little templated and I had to clarify my request. Overall it’s been a positive experience for me, and I’ll keep the account as one of my options.

Spreads and execution have been consistent during normal market hours, and my orders haven’t been randomly rejected. I also like that the platform setup was straightforward and I was able to verify without too much back-and-forth. What kept this from being a 5-star experience is the client portal UX. A couple of times I had to refresh to see updated balance history, and the statements section feels a bit buried. Support was polite and actually followed up, but I still think the dashboard could be more responsive. Overall it’s been reliable for my day-to-day trading, with a few small friction points on the account management side.
