Execution feels consistent during normal market hours and the spreads have generally been reasonable for a standard setup. Onboarding and verification were straightforward, and the client portal is easy to navigate. My only real friction has been around withdrawals: they did arrive, but the tracking/status updates in the portal weren’t always clear, so I found myself double-checking timelines more than I wanted. Support was polite and did answer, but I’d prefer more proactive updates instead of having to ask. If you’re focused on day-to-day trading conditions, it’s been a positive experience for me. If they improve the withdrawal communication, I’d be comfortable rating it even higher.

Account verification and the first deposit were straightforward, and the platform connection has been stable for me so far. Spreads on majors feel competitive most of the time, and my market orders usually fill without surprises. I did notice that spreads can widen around bigger news releases, so I avoid entering right on the candle. Support was helpful when I asked about leverage and trading hours, but the replies were not always instant (more like later the same day). Overall I’m satisfied and will keep this account as one of my secondary brokers.

Smooth execution, but swaps could be clearer

Overall the platform has been stable for my day trades on major FX pairs, and execution feels consistent during normal market hours. Depositing was straightforward and the funds reflected in my balance without any drama. What I’d like improved is the clarity around overnight charges. When I held positions for more than a day, the swap/rollover impact wasn’t as easy to estimate beforehand, so I had to double-check the contract specs more often than I prefer. Support did reply and explain where to find the details, so it wasn’t a deal-breaker—just not as transparent as it could be. Withdrawals worked, but one of my withdrawals took longer than I expected (still arrived, just not as fast as the earlier one). If they tighten withdrawal processing times and make swap info more prominent, it would be close to a 5/5 for my style of trading.

Order placement on MT5 has been smooth for me and spreads on the majors feel reasonable most of the time (they do widen a bit around news, which I expected). The money arrived, but I would prefer clearer step-by-step tracking and more proactive notifications. Support was polite and answered within the same day, but the response felt templated.
