The platform experience has been stable for me—charts load quickly and order placement is straightforward, which is what I care about during volatile sessions. Deposits were easy and credited without any confusion. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected the first time and I had to double-check the status in the portal. Support was polite and clarified the steps, but I still think the withdrawal status updates could be clearer. I’m Neha from Mumbai and I’ve been using LCG for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall I’m happy with the trading side: the platform feels stable during London open and I haven’t had random freezes. Spreads on major FX pairs were generally in the range I expected, and order placement is straightforward. What keeps this from being a 5-star experience is payments speed consistency. Card deposits showed up quickly for me, but a bank transfer top-up took longer than I planned, which mattered because I was trying to add margin before a news week. Support was polite and followed up, but it took a couple of messages to get a clear ETA. If you mainly care about execution and a no-drama interface, I think it’s solid. Just don’t leave funding to the last minute if you’re using bank transfer.

Solid execution, but the portal feels a bit dated

I’m Omar from Dubai and I’ve been using LCG mainly for EUR/USD and gold swings. The spreads are generally competitive during London/NY overlap and my orders fill cleanly with minimal surprises. The onboarding/KYC was straightforward and I didn’t need to resend documents. What I don’t love is the client area—some settings and reports take a few clicks more than they should, and the statements layout isn’t the most intuitive when I’m trying to quickly reconcile swaps/commissions. Support was polite and answered within the same day, but the replies felt a little templated. Overall, it’s been reliable for my style and I’m comfortable keeping a portion of my trading capital there, but I’d like to see a more modern dashboard and clearer fee breakdowns.

Orders generally fill quickly and I haven’t had random disconnects during active sessions, which is my biggest priority. The trading conditions feel competitive for my style (mostly intraday, small position sizes). Spreads are usually fine during liquid hours, but I did notice they can widen around major news releases, so I avoid placing market orders right at the announcement. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/portal experience. It works, but it feels a bit clunky when checking statements and confirming small account details. Not a deal-breaker, just not as polished as it could be. Support was helpful when I asked about document verification and the response time was acceptable. Deposits went through without issues. Withdrawals did arrive, but it took a little longer than I expected the first time, so I now plan withdrawals ahead of time.
