Overall the fills have been consistent for my style (short intraday trades), and I haven’t had random platform freezes on my side. Deposits through card/UPI alternatives worked fine for me, but the client area UI feels a bit cluttered and I had to double-check where to find old statements and fee notes. Spreads were generally acceptable, though during big news candles I saw the cost widen more than I expected (not shocking, just noticeable). Support was polite and actually answered my questions instead of pasting generic scripts, but response time varied depending on the time of day. Withdrawals arrived, but one of them took longer than my previous broker, so I wouldn’t call it “fast,” just “eventually okay.” Net-net: reliable enough to keep as one of my accounts, but I’d love a cleaner dashboard and more predictable withdrawal ETA updates.
