I’m Sara from Ajman and I’ve been trading mostly majors and gold on a Standard account. Overall the platform experience has been stable for me and execution feels consistent during normal liquidity. Spreads are generally acceptable, although I’ve noticed they widen more than I expect around high-impact news, so I avoid entering right before releases. Depositing was straightforward and credited quickly, but on the withdrawal side I felt the status updates inside the client area were a bit vague. My withdrawal did go through, just not as fast as the deposit, and I had to double-check what stage it was at. Support was polite and answered my questions without pushing me to trade more, which I appreciated. If they improve the transparency of withdrawal tracking and timelines, this would easily be a 5 for me.
