Stable execution, but the portal feels a bit dated

I’m Youssef from Al Ain and I’ve been trading FX majors and a bit of gold on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Execution has been mostly smooth during regular market hours, and I didn’t notice any major platform freezes. Spreads are acceptable for my style (I’m not scalping), and the order history and statements were clear enough for my own tracking. Deposits were straightforward and credited quickly, which gave me confidence to keep the account funded. Withdrawals arrived, but not as fast as I expected the first time—nothing dramatic, just a couple of extra days compared to what I’m used to with other services. Support was polite and answered my questions about margin and swap settings, but I had to follow up once to get a complete response. Overall, a solid experience, with the main downside being that the client area UI looks a little old-fashioned and could be more intuitive on mobile.
