I’m based in Abu Dhabi and I’ve been using Gaitame for about 6 months alongside another account. Overall the experience has been solid: orders go through cleanly during normal liquidity and the platform feels stable even when I’m watching multiple pairs. Spreads on the majors are generally competitive for my style (mostly EUR/USD and USD/JPY), and I haven’t noticed random price jumps when I’m just placing market orders. Depositing was straightforward, but the first time I funded the account I had to do an extra verification step that wasn’t clearly explained on the screen. It got resolved, just took a bit of back-and-forth. Withdrawals have worked, but I’d like clearer status updates while the request is processing. Support was polite and answered my questions without pushing promotions, which I appreciate. If they improve the funding/withdrawal tracking UI, this would easily be a 5-star experience for me.

The platform has felt stable during normal sessions and I haven’t had random disconnects, which is a big deal for me when I’m managing tight stops. Spreads on the pairs I trade most were generally in line with what I expected, and order placement (market/limit) has been consistent. Account opening was straightforward and the KYC steps were clear. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 is that I had a couple of moments where I wished the platform had more built-in charting convenience (I still end up using a separate charting app for some analysis). Overall though, it’s been a reliable experience for my day-to-day trading.

Stable execution and clean pricing, but the portal feels a bit dated

Execution has been consistent for me, and I haven’t seen surprise markups on spreads during normal market hours. The account area is straightforward and I can find statements and trade history without digging. What I’d improve is the overall web portal and reporting UX—some pages feel old-school and a couple of times I had to refresh to load my history properly. Also, the educational/market updates are okay but not as organized as some competitors. Overall, it’s been reliable and I’m comfortable keeping it in my rotation, just hoping they modernize the client area and analytics.
