Steady execution and clear fees, app could be smoother

I’m Vikram Reddy from Delhi and I’ve been trading part-time while managing my day job. I used a Standard account for a mix of USD pairs and occasional gold. Overall the execution felt consistent during normal market hours and the spreads were in line with what I expected for this account type. Depositing was straightforward and the funds reflected in my account without confusion. Where I think they can improve is the mobile experience—charts load a bit slowly on my phone and switching between watchlists sometimes lags. Support was polite and actually answered my questions, but the response time varied depending on the day. Withdrawals worked, but it wasn’t as fast as deposits. I didn’t face any major issues, just a bit more waiting than I’d prefer. If they tighten up the app performance and make withdrawals quicker, it would be close to a 5 for my use case.
