The onboarding was straightforward and the app feels clean enough for day-to-day monitoring. Statements and activity reports are easy to download, which helps when I’m reconciling trades. Execution for my use case has been fine, but I did notice that currency conversion and small service charges can quietly add up if you move money frequently. It’s not a deal breaker, just something you need to factor into your routine. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep it as part of my toolkit, but I’d like more transparency in the checkout/confirmation screens before conversions.

Account opening was smooth, KYC was approved without back-and-forth, and the web interface feels modern and stable. Deposits via card/bank transfer showed up as expected. My only friction point is that the fee/commission breakdown isn’t always obvious at the moment of placing an order. It’s there in the documents, but I’d prefer a more transparent preview before confirming trades. Also, support is polite, but responses can take a bit when the question is not “basic.” Overall, it’s been a positive experience for a retail trader like me, with a few usability and transparency improvements needed.
