I’m Omar from Dubai and I opened a Standard account mainly to test spreads and execution on EUR/USD and XAU/USD during the London/NY overlap. The fills were generally fine and I didn’t notice crazy slippage on normal market conditions, but the client area feels a bit rough around the edges. The statements were there, but I had to click around more than I expected to find basic reports. Deposit worked on the first try and the funds showed up quickly. Withdrawal was not “bad”, but it wasn’t smooth either—my first request took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once to confirm the status. Support replied politely, but the answers felt a little generic. Overall it’s usable and I can trade, but I’d like to see a cleaner portal, clearer transaction history, and more proactive updates when processing withdrawals.

Simple onboarding and decent execution for my style

I’m Rahul from Mumbai and I’ve been testing Sevenstarfx on a small live account mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD. Spreads were mostly acceptable during normal hours and I didn’t notice anything extreme with order execution on market orders, although news time definitely gets jumpy. The client portal is where I struggled a bit. KYC upload worked, but the status updates were not very clear and I had to refresh a lot to confirm whether my documents were accepted. Depositing by card went through quickly, but the confirmation email came late. Support answered my chat questions, but the replies felt a little scripted and I had to repeat my ticket number once. Overall it’s usable and I can trade, but it doesn’t feel as polished as some bigger brokers yet.
