I’m Sanjay from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading on a Standard account for about 6 months. Overall I’m happy with the trading side: orders go through quickly during normal market hours and the spreads on majors are usually reasonable for my style (intraday EUR/USD and GBP/USD). The platform setup was straightforward and I didn’t face random disconnects. Where it could improve is the money flow. My deposit landed fine, but the process felt a little more “back and forth” than I expected with confirmations and waiting for status updates. Withdrawals did arrive, just not as fast as I’d like, and the tracking wasn’t super clear until I checked with support. Support has been polite and responsive when I asked about account settings and the withdrawal status, but I’d prefer more proactive updates inside the portal. If they streamline funding/withdrawal communication, it would be close to a 5/5 for me.

Execution has been consistently quick on my end, and I haven’t noticed random re-quotes when I’m placing market orders. Deposits were straightforward and credited without me having to chase anyone. Withdrawals did go through, but the first time I felt the process wasn’t super clear (status updates were minimal and I had to check back manually). Support was polite and gave me a usable answer when I asked about fees and settlement times, even though I would’ve preferred a more detailed step-by-step guide. Overall I’m continuing with them because the trading conditions suit my style, but I’d love to see a cleaner client area with better tracking for transactions and statements.

Execution has been consistently quick on my end and I haven’t had issues with random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads feel competitive during London hours, and my trades generally match what I see on the platform without awkward re-quotes. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the client area/UI. Some settings and reports feel buried, and it took me longer than it should to find the exact statements I wanted for my own tracking. Also, on high-volatility news candles the spread widening is noticeable (I get it, but it’s still something to plan around). Overall it’s been a solid experience for my style, and I’d recommend it to someone who already knows their way around MT/forex platforms and wants stable execution.

Mostly smooth execution, small pain points with deposits

I’m Sanjay Kumar from Hyderabad and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my job. I opened a Standard account and focused mainly on EURUSD and XAUUSD during London/NY overlap. Execution has been consistent for me and I haven’t noticed any strange spikes on my charts compared with other feeds I watch. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the funding experience. My first deposit went through, but the confirmation took longer than I expected and I had to refresh the client area a few times before it showed correctly. After that, trading was fine and spreads felt reasonable for the sessions I trade. Support was polite and answered my questions without pushing me to “upgrade” or deposit more. If they improve deposit status updates and make the process feel more transparent, it would be close to perfect for my style.
