I’m Youssef from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been using BlackBull Markets for about 6 months on a Standard account. My main focus is major FX pairs and gold during the London/NY overlap. The good: execution has been consistently fast for market orders and I haven’t noticed annoying platform freezes. Spreads are generally fine for majors, and the overall client portal is easy enough to navigate once everything is set up. What I’d improve: the cost picture (spreads vs. any extra fees and especially overnight swap calculations) could be more transparent inside the platform. I had a couple of nights where the swap impact felt bigger than I expected, and I had to dig around to understand it. Also, the deposit/withdrawal screens could show estimated processing times more clearly. Support was polite and answered my questions, but I sometimes got a generic reply first and had to follow up to get the exact detail I needed. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, but I want clearer cost breakdowns and better in-platform explanations for swaps/rollover.
