The platform feels stable and orders go through cleanly during normal market hours. Deposit was straightforward on my side and the funds reflected without drama. What I didn’t love is that the statements and performance/reporting screens take some digging to get exactly what I want (especially when I’m trying to reconcile trades with my own spreadsheet). Support was polite and pointed me to the right pages, but the answers felt a bit template-like. Overall, dependable and professional, just not the most intuitive when it comes to detailed reporting.

I’m Omar from Ajman and I’ve been using Fidelity for about 6 months mainly to keep my trading organized and to avoid any surprises with statements and tax-style reports. For forex-style exposure I keep my sizing small and focus on majors, and overall the fills have been consistent during normal liquidity. The best part for me is how “institutional” everything feels: confirmations are clear, account history is easy to export, and I’ve never felt confused about what happened after a trade. Where it loses a star is the trading experience itself. The platform feels more like it’s built for long-term investing first and active FX second. Charting is fine but not as fast to work with as dedicated FX platforms, and the workflow to place/modify orders takes a few extra clicks. Spreads/fees are not always as competitive as pure FX brokers when I compare the same market conditions. Deposits have been smooth for me (no weird declines), and I’d still recommend it if you value reliability and documentation over tightest possible pricing. If you’re a scalper or you want a very “MT-style” experience, you may find it a bit restrictive.
