Neha from Pune. Used 4Xc Standard account for about 5 months. Deposited using netbanking (₹18,000) and it reflected within a couple of hours. I mostly traded USDJPY and EURUSD. The trading side is okay for basic trades, but spreads can be annoying during the London open. I also felt the account verification/withdrawal steps could be smoother. Withdrawals: first one was 3 business days, second was 4 business days to my bank account. Support is decent, but you need to follow up. Nothing terrible, just average.

Decent platform, but fees/spreads not always predictable

I’m Priya from Kochi. Used 4Xc Standard account for around 6 months. Deposited via debit card (₹20,000) and it reflected within minutes. I mostly traded GBPUSD and USDJPY, sometimes gold. The good part: platform stability was fine and orders generally went through. The not-so-good part: during volatile sessions (London open / US news), spreads expand more than what I expected, and the effective cost becomes high for short scalps. Withdrawal to bank transfer was okay once (3 business days), but the second time it took about a week due to “verification review” even though KYC was already done. Support answered on email, but it took 24–48 hours each time. Overall average experience.

Normal days pe theek, news time pe spread/slippage irritate karta hai

Hyderabad se 4Xc Standard pe approx 6 months use kiya. Main mostly GBPUSD, EURUSD aur kabhi kabhi XAUUSD scalp karta hoon. Normal market hours mein execution fine hai, but jab US news aati hai (NFP, CPI) tab spread ekdum widen ho jata hai aur slippage bhi milta hai. Ek baar GBPUSD pe stop-loss expected se 8-10 pips worse fill hua. Deposit maine UPI (GPay) se kiya, 5-10 min mein reflect ho gaya. Withdrawals 2 baar kiye: ek baar 24 hrs ke andar aa gaya, dusri baar 3 days lag gaye because “compliance check” bolke hold pe tha. Support ne reply diya but clear reason nahi diya, bas wait bolte rahe. Overall: workable hai, but news trading karte ho to frustration ho sakta hai.

Deposit fast, but KYC/withdrawal process slow ho sakta

Vikram Singh, Jaipur. 4Xc Standard account use kiya around 4 months. Deposit maine UPI se ₹30k kiya tha, within 10 minutes credit ho gaya. Trading mainly USDJPY aur XAUUSD. Trading experience theek hai, no major requotes. But jab withdraw ka time aaya, unhone additional KYC मांगा (address proof again). Upload ke baad approval me 2 din lage. Withdrawal bank transfer se 4 working days me aaya. Support response milta hai but thoda slow—email pe next day. If they streamline withdrawal/KYC, better ho jayega.

App stable, but charges/spread clarity better chahiye

Aditi, Bengaluru. Main 4Xc Standard account pe 6 months se trade kar rahi hoon. Deposit debit card se ₹12,000 kiya tha, instant. Mostly EURUSD aur GBPUSD. Platform stable hai and basic stuff okay. Lekin kabhi kabhi spread itna widen hota hai (especially news time) ki entry hi खराब हो jaati hai. Statement me charges dikhte hain, but overall cost breakdown (spread vs commission etc.) aur transparent ho sakta hai. Withdrawals: first time ₹5k 3 days me, second time ₹6k 4 days me. Support helpful hai but repetitive replies. Overall average.
