I’m Nusrat from Kolkata and I’ve been trading mainly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account. Overall my experience has been good: orders usually go through without drama and I haven’t seen weird requotes during normal liquidity hours. Spreads are acceptable for my style, though they widen noticeably around major news which is expected but still something to plan for. Deposits worked fine for me and reflected in a reasonable time. Withdrawals have also been successful, but not as fast as I hoped on a couple of occasions (nothing alarming, just not instant). Support is polite and they answer, but sometimes I need to follow up once to get a clear step-by-step response. If they improve the platform/app responsiveness and make the cash-out timing more consistent, it would easily be a 5 for me.

Overall the execution has been consistent for my day trades and I haven’t had random disconnects or weird price jumps on my end. Spreads are generally reasonable during normal market hours, but they do widen around major news which is expected. Depositing was straightforward and showed up quickly, but the client area is a bit confusing when you’re trying to find the exact fee/processing notes per method. Support was polite and answered my questions about leverage and swap settings without pushing me to upgrade. If they tidy up the account dashboard and make the funding/fees section easier to understand, it would be close to a 5 for me.

I opened my AAAFx account from Mumbai and started on a Standard account mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD scalps. The spreads were mostly acceptable for my style and I didn’t notice anything weird with fills during normal liquidity hours. The platform setup was straightforward once my documents were approved. What I’d like improved is the onboarding clarity—some steps around verification and funding options felt a bit unclear and I had to double-check with support before my first deposit. After that, day-to-day trading was fine. Overall, it’s been a solid experience with minor friction at the start. If they streamline the first-time funding/verification flow, it would be close to a 5 for me.
