I’m Rahul from Hyderabad and I’ve been using Questrade for about 6 months mainly for FX pairs alongside some occasional index trades. The overall experience has been steady: orders fill cleanly during normal liquidity and I haven’t had random disconnects on my side. What took time was getting comfortable with the platform layout and where everything lives (reports, statements, account settings). Once I set up my watchlists and hotkeys, it became much smoother. Deposits were straightforward, but I’d like clearer status updates while the transfer is in progress. Withdrawals did go through, just not as fast as I expected the first time, so I now plan a bit ahead. Support was polite and informative when I asked about account documents and trading permissions, though responses weren’t instant. Overall, I’m staying with it because execution has been consistent for my style, but they could make onboarding and navigation less confusing for newer traders.

I’m Youssef from Sharjah and I’ve been using Questrade for about six months mainly to hold longer swing positions and to keep everything in one place. The platform is stable and I rarely get disconnects, which matters to me when I’m managing stops around news. Order placement feels reliable and I like how the account overview is laid out so I can see cash, margin, and open positions quickly. Deposits were smooth for me and the money showed up in a reasonable time. Withdrawals did go through, but the process felt a bit more “steps and waiting” than I expected, so I wouldn’t call it instant. Support has been decent: when I asked about account settings and how statements are generated, the replies were clear, but not always super fast. Overall I’m happy for my use case (more planned trades than fast scalping). If you’re very sensitive to friction on funding or you need ultra-fast handholding, you might find it average, but for me it’s been dependable.

Solid platform for my swing trades, but onboarding felt a bit slow

I’m Fatima from Sharjah and I mainly do swing trades with small position sizes. Overall my experience with Questrade has been positive once the account was up and running. The web platform feels stable and I like that the order confirmations are clear so I don’t accidentally send the wrong size. The main downside for me was the onboarding and verification stage. It wasn’t “bad,” just slower than I expected and I had to double-check a couple of documents before everything was accepted. After that, day-to-day trading has been smooth. Spreads/fees are acceptable for how I trade, but I wouldn’t call it the cheapest option. Deposits worked on the first try and showed up within the expected timeframe. Withdrawals did go through, but one of them took longer than I planned, so I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was polite and gave me a direct answer, but I did have to wait for a reply during a busy time. Overall: reliable, not perfect, but I’m comfortable keeping a portion of my trading funds there.
