I’m Rahul from Bangalore and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD on a Standard account for the last 6 months. Overall the platform felt stable during London session and I didn’t see any scary disconnects. Market orders went through quickly for my style (manual entries, not high-frequency). Spreads were generally okay, though I noticed they widen a bit around major news which is expected. Depositing was straightforward and the funds reflected without any confusion. The only thing I’d like improved is the clarity of the account reporting—some of the statements/exports took me an extra step to reconcile with my own journal. Support was polite and answered, but sometimes the first reply felt like a template and I had to follow up to get a more specific explanation. Not perfect, but good enough that I’m continuing with a small-to-medium balance.

Solid execution, but the portal could be smoother

Overall my experience has been positive: orders go through cleanly during normal market hours and I haven’t noticed any strange re-quotes on the trades I place manually. The onboarding was straightforward, but the client portal sometimes feels a bit heavy on mobile (a couple of extra steps to find statements and confirmations). Spreads are acceptable for my style (short intraday holds, not heavy scalping). I also like that the platform data and trade history are easy to export when I’m journaling. Deposit went through without stress. Withdrawal worked too, just not as fast as I expected the first time, so I’m leaving a little room for improvement there. Support was polite and clear when I asked about document status and account settings. Not perfect, but definitely usable and generally professional from what I’ve seen so far.

Decent platform, but the fee details could be clearer

The platform itself feels stable and I didn’t face crashes during active sessions, which matters to me. Order placement is straightforward and charts load fast enough even on my laptop. What I didn’t love is that some charges/conditions felt a bit “buried” in the account pages. Nothing shocking, but I had to double-check a couple of times to understand what I’d be paying depending on the instrument and holding time. Spreads were okay in normal market hours, but around news the pricing widened more than I expected. Deposits went through without issues, and overall support was polite, just a little slow when I asked a detailed question. I’m not calling it bad—just average. Clean app, but the funding steps felt slower than expected

I’m Ahmed from Ajman and I opened an account with ADX mainly to keep things simple and local. The interface is clean and it’s easy to find the order ticket and basic reports. Execution was fine for my small test trades and I didn’t notice anything strange on pricing. What I didn’t love is how many steps there were between starting the account and feeling “ready” to trade. Some of the verification and setup screens weren’t very clear, and I had to double-check which documents were needed. Once it was approved, it was okay, but the onboarding could be smoother. Overall it’s usable and stable, just not as quick as I expected to get fully set up.
