Main Mumbai se hoon. Alrajhi pe Standard account 8 months use kiya. Deposit maine UPI se kiya (PhonePe) aur money mostly 10-15 minutes mein credit ho jata tha. Trading main EUR/USD aur XAU/USD pe karta hoon, execution normal days pe theek, but news time pe slippage noticeable tha. Withdrawals: 2 baar request kiya bank transfer pe (HDFC). Ek baar 24 hours mein aa gaya, dusri baar 3 working days lag gaye aur follow-up karna pada. Support WhatsApp/chat pe reply karta hai but same script type answers milte hain. Overall ok but not super smooth.

Good for basic trading, but support feels slow on important queries

Using Alrajhi Standard account from Gurugram for about 6 months. Deposited through debit card (Visa) and it was instant. I trade mainly GBP/USD and USD/JPY, sometimes EUR/GBP on short-term setups. Platform stability is fine and order placement is mostly smooth. Spreads are okay in normal hours, but I’ve seen spreads widen a lot on GBP pairs near market open and during big UK data, which affects stops. My issue was more with support and withdrawals. I made two withdrawals to my ICICI bank account. One came next day, second one took 48+ hours and I had to email twice to get confirmation. Support eventually responded, but not fast enough when money is stuck in “pending.” Overall experience is mixed: decent for regular days, but they need faster ticket handling and more transparent withdrawal status updates.

Deposit fast hai, withdrawal predictable nahi lagta

Khalid, Abu Dhabi. Alrajhi Standard account use kiya around 6 months. Deposit debit card se kiya tha (ADCB), instant credit. Trading: majors like EUR/USD pe ok, but GBP/JPY pe volatility time slippage notice hua. Spread generally fine, but kabhi-kabhi sudden widen hota hai. Withdrawal: 3 withdrawals kiye—ek 2 working days me, ek 3 working days me, aur ek 6 working days le gaya. Same method bank transfer. Jab delay hota hai, support bas “processing” bolta hai, proper status nahi deta. Mixed feeling hai. Reliability improve karein to better ho sakta hai.

Decent execution but withdrawals need more clarity

I’m Ishita from Kolkata. I used Alrajhi for around 8 months on a Standard account, mostly trading EUR/USD and GBP/USD during London session. Deposit via bank transfer (NEFT from HDFC) reflected the same day, so deposit experience was smooth. Where it becomes mixed is withdrawal. My first withdrawal (after about 6 weeks) came in 2 working days, but the second one took 5 working days and support kept saying “processing with finance team” without giving an exact timeline. Spreads on majors are okay, not the best, but manageable for swing trades. Slippage during big news (NFP) happened once on XAU/USD and I got filled a bit worse than expected. Overall not a scam vibe, but they should improve communication for withdrawals and provide clearer status updates.

Works fine for majors, but expect delays around KYC

Vikram, Bengaluru. I’ve used Alrajhi Standard for about 9 months. Deposited using bank transfer (ICICI) and it credited in a few hours. I trade mostly EUR/USD and USD/JPY, sometimes GBP/USD. Execution is okay during regular sessions, but around big events spreads blow out and I saw slippage on one GBP/USD trade during BOE news. Withdrawal is the mixed part. My first withdrawal (₹12k) came in 2 working days. Next time (₹25k) they asked for additional KYC/address proof and it took 5 working days end-to-end. Support is reachable, but you have to chase them for exact status updates. Overall average.
