Chennai se Sneha. 5 months se Apex Trader Standard account use kar rahi hoon. Deposit UPI (Google Pay) se kiya, 2-3 min mein credit ho gaya. Trading mainly GBP/USD, EUR/USD aur XAU/USD. App stable hai, charts bhi decent. But kabhi-kabhi order modify karte time (SL/TP) “requote” type lagta hai—especially London open ke around. Withdrawal: 300 USD ka withdrawal maine Thursday ko request kiya, Friday evening ko bank (SBI) mein aa gaya. Ek aur baar Monday request kiya tha, Wednesday morning credited. So not bad, but “instant” nahi. Support se query raise ki—swap charges ka calculation explain karne ko—reply toh aaya but proper breakdown nahi mila. Mixed experience overall.

Good for learning, but weekend se withdrawal stuck ho jata hai

Kochi se Priya. Around 6 months use kiya Apex Trader Standard account. Deposit maine debit card (HDFC Visa) se kiya, instant credit ho gaya. Pairs: USD/JPY, EUR/GBP aur kabhi-kabhi NAS100. Execution generally fine, MT-style interface smooth hai. But late evening liquidity time mein spreads thode wide ho jaate hain, especially NAS100. Issue withdrawal pe aata hai. 250 USD ka withdrawal maine Saturday ko request kiya tha, Monday tak processing, Tuesday evening ko credited. Support chat ne respond kiya but same template replies—“finance team working”. Overall average experience. Beginner ke liye okay but payout timeline predictable ho to better.

UPI deposit fast, but spread + swap confusion

Pune se Neha. 5 months se Apex Trader Standard use kar rahi hoon. Deposit UPI (BHIM) se kiya, almost immediate. Pairs: EUR/USD aur XAU/USD. Entry/exit easy hai, but raat ko (India time) spreads thode wide feel hote hain. Swap charges bhi kabhi higher lagte hain—same lot size pe expected se zyada debit dikha. Withdrawal: 400 USD withdraw request Wednesday, Friday ko bank (Axis) mein aa gaya. So okay, but swap/spread transparency better honi chahiye. Support se swap explanation maanga, generic reply mila. Mixed experience.

Dubai se use kiya, trading fine but payout timeline clear nahi

Main Fatima, Dubai se. Apex Trader Standard account 6 months use kiya. Deposit maine debit card (Emirates NBD) se kiya, instant credit. I mostly traded EUR/USD, GBP/USD aur XAU/USD. Trading days pe execution okay tha, but gold pe spread kabhi-kabhi widen ho jata especially US session open ke time. Support WhatsApp pe reply kar deta hai, but detailed answer kam milta. Withdrawal: first time $300 withdraw kiya toh 2 days me aa gaya. Next time $750 request kiya (Sunday night) and it took 5 working days. Same line: “finance team processing”. Overall average—platform workable hai, bas withdrawal communication better honi chahiye.

Hard to trust when withdrawals take too long

Mariam from Sharjah. I traded on Apex Trader Standard account for 3 months. Deposit through Mastercard was instant and that part is smooth. I traded mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD. Execution is acceptable, but I noticed spread widening more than expected on gold, especially during NY open. My big issue is withdrawal. I requested $420 withdrawal to my card and it took 9 days. Support kept saying it’s “in queue with finance” and didn’t share any reference or exact ETA. Eventually I received it, but the wait was too long and stressful. Because of this inconsistency, I stopped using them for anything beyond small trades.
