Thiruvananthapuram se hoon, Baraka Standard pe 5-6 months use kiya. Deposit UPI se kiya (₹8k and later ₹18k) and it was instant mostly. Trading mein main mostly EUR/USD aur AUD/USD swing trades karti hoon. Charts/placing orders simple hai, but kabhi kabhi market open ke time pe spread slightly high dikha. Not too bad. Withdrawal: 1st withdrawal 2 business days, 2nd one 4 business days. Dono aa gaye, but beech mein support ko mail/chat kiya to reply next day aata tha. Clear “by this date” type confirmation nahi mila. Overall average experience. Trust okay, but communication better ho sakta hai.

Withdrawal took too long and support didn’t clarify

Rohit Sharma, New Delhi. Used Baraka Standard account for about 4 months. Deposits through bank transfer (ICICI) were smooth and credited within a few hours. Trading EUR/USD and GBP/JPY was okay, spreads acceptable most of the time. The issue started when I requested a withdrawal of around INR 45,000. It stayed “processing” for nearly a week (5 business days). I contacted support twice and got vague replies without any solid timeline. The money did come eventually, but I shouldn’t have to chase so much for a simple withdrawal. If they fix payout speed and communication, it could be better. Right now I can’t rate it higher than 2 stars.

Sharjah se: overall ok, but weekend ke baad delays

Main Sharjah se hoon, Baraka Standard account 7 months se use kar rahi hoon. Deposit bank transfer se kiya (AED 1,500), same day reflect ho gaya. Trading mainly EUR/USD aur GBP/JPY. Spreads weekdays normal, but Monday open pe thoda high feel hota. Ek baar XAU/USD pe order fill thoda upar hua jab price fast move kar raha tha. Withdrawal ka experience mixed. Thursday ko withdrawal request dala, to Tuesday ko credit hua (around 3-4 working days). Support ne reply diya but proper breakdown nahi—bas “processing.” 3 star because overall works, but weekend/finance processing ke around clarity better honi chahiye.

Trading theek, but withdrawal ka scene confusing hai

Main Nagpur se hoon aur Baraka pe approx 6 months se Standard account use kar rahi hoon. Deposit maine UPI se kiya tha (₹10k then ₹15k), dono baar 10-15 min mein reflect ho gaya. Pairs main mostly USD/INR nahi, but EUR/USD aur GBP/JPY trade karti hoon. Normal time pe spreads fine lagte, par late night/low liquidity mein thoda widen hota hai. XAU/USD pe ek do baar entry pe slip hua jab market fast tha. Withdrawal experience mixed raha. Ek baar ₹12k ka withdrawal 48 hours ke andar aa gaya, par second time (₹20k) 4 working days laga. Support ko ping kiya to reply aa gaya, but clear reason/ETA nahi diya—bas “processing” bolte rahe. Overall 3 star because platform ok hai, but transparency aur support communication better hona chahiye.

Main Aarav Mehta, Mumbai. Baraka pe 5-6 months se Standard account use kar raha tha. Deposit maine UPI se kiya (PhonePe) aur instant credit ho gaya, isme koi issue nahi. But withdrawal experience disappointing raha. INR me bank transfer choose kiya, pehle bola 24-48 hours, but mera withdrawal 4 working days tak pending raha. Support ko WhatsApp/chat pe ping kiya to bas same reply: “processing.” No proper ETA. Trading side pe USD/JPY aur XAU/USD ki execution ok thi, but news time pe slippage noticeable mila. Mere liye biggest issue withdrawal delay aur communication hai. Is wajah se 2 star.
