Ahmedabad se hoon, 7 months se Standard account use kar raha hoon. Trading EUR/USD, USD/CHF and gold. Platform stable hai, charts/ordering me issue nahi aaya. Deposit UPI se kiya tha (₹20k) and instant. Withdrawal me 2 baar try kiya: ek baar 3 days, ek baar 6 days lag gaye. Same method (bank transfer) tha, isliye confusion hua. Support se mail pe response aaya but exact reason clear nahi kiya. 3/5 because trading okay, but withdrawals predictable nahi.

UPI deposit fast, but withdrawal me kaafi परेशानी hui

Main Ishita, Kolkata se. Standard account use kiya around 3-4 months (Feb 2026 to May 2026). Deposit UPI se kiya (₹12,000) and it was credited in minutes. Trading mostly XAUUSD aur EURUSD. Normal time pe okay, but news ke aas-paas spreads bahut jump karte hain. Mere ek gold trade me stop loss expected se worse fill hua. Withdrawal experience bad रहा. ₹9,500 withdrawal request kiya to expected time me nahi aaya. Support ko mail + chat dono pe follow-up karna पड़ा, but clear timeline nahi diya. Finally amount aaya, but delay ke chakkar me trust down ho gaya. 2 stars because deposit easy hai, but jab paisa nikalna ho to tension.

Decent spreads but withdrawals could be smoother

Main Kolkata se hoon. BDSwiss pe Standard account use kar rahi hoon around 8 months. Deposit maine UPI/NetBanking gateway se kiya tha (INR convert hoke USD wallet me aata hai) — deposit mostly instant ho jata hai, bas ek baar Sunday ko 2 hours laga. Trading wise I mostly do EUR/USD, GBP/USD aur kabhi-kabhi XAU/USD. Spreads EUR/USD pe theek lagte hain, but news time pe slippage noticeable ho jata hai. MT5 stable hai, par kabhi-kabhi London open ke time quotes thode jumpy lagte. Withdrawal: first withdrawal (approx $200) maine bank transfer choose kiya, 3 working days me aa gaya. Second time $350 withdraw kiya, status 2 din ‘processing’ me raha aur overall 5 working days lage. Support ne reply diya but copy-paste type, exact reason clear nahi. Overall experience average hai — trading ok, but payout timeline predictable ho toh better. Rating 3/5 kyunki platform workable hai, but support + withdrawals me improvement chahiye.

Withdrawal follow-up me kaafi hassle, confidence down

Mumbai se. BDSwiss Standard account use kiya around 4 months. Deposit maine debit card se kiya tha (Visa) — deposit instant ho gaya, koi issue nahi. I trade mostly USD/JPY aur GBP/USD, scalping nahi, intraday. Spreads normal time pe ok, but NY session start ke aas-paas spread widen hota hai. Issue mujhe withdrawal me aaya: maine $480 withdraw request dala (same card method expected) but they pushed me towards bank transfer verification. Documents maange, maine same day upload kiya. Problem yeh tha ki support ka response slow tha — ek reply aata tha 24-36 hours baad, aur har baar new person. Total 8 working days ke baad money credit hua. No clear timeline diya. Trading side average hai, but jab aapko apna money time pe chahiye toh tension hoti hai. Isliye 2 stars.

Average overall, good for basic trading but not premium service

I’m based in Sharjah and used BDSwiss Standard account for about 7 months. Deposited via bank transfer and it reflected the next business day. I trade EUR/USD, GBP/JPY and occasionally XAU/USD. Regular execution is fine, but during high volatility sessions the spreads widen noticeably and my stop entries were sometimes triggered earlier than expected due to spread expansion. Withdrawals to my bank were mostly 2–4 business days. Support is polite, but I had to repeat my request when I asked about a specific trade dispute—no clear investigation details were shared. Overall: average, functional broker but not the smoothest operations.
