Trading from Gurugram on a Standard account for ~8 months. I trade EUR/USD and USD/CHF mostly, and sometimes NAS100. Platform performance is fine and I haven’t faced major outages. Deposit via UPI was quick. Withdrawals are inconsistent: one withdrawal (around $250) was received in 2 business days, but another took 5 business days and I had to chase support twice. Support responses are polite, but they don’t proactively update you and the answers feel generic. Net-net: decent trading environment, average ops experience. 3 stars.

Decent trading, withdrawals ok but weekend spreads hurt

I’m Pooja Kulkarni from Nagpur. Used BlackBull Markets Standard account for about 4 months. Deposited using debit card (Visa) in INR equivalent; funds reflected within minutes. I mostly traded GBP/USD and USD/JPY, sometimes XAU/USD. Weekday execution was generally fine on MT4, but I noticed spreads widening more than expected during late Friday and around some US news releases. Not a deal breaker, but it impacted my scalps. Withdrawal: I withdrew twice via bank transfer. First time took 2 business days, second time took 3 business days. Support on chat answered, but the tone felt scripted and they kept asking for the same reference number again. Overall it works, just not consistently “premium”.

Okay broker, nothing exceptional on pricing/support

Khalid Al Nuaimi, Abu Dhabi. I traded on a Standard account for around 6 months. Deposited via bank transfer from UAE; credit showed the same day. I focused on USD/JPY, EUR/USD and sometimes XAU/USD. Platform stability was good, but pricing (spreads) wasn’t consistently tight, especially in the last hour of NY session. I contacted support once about commission/spread differences I saw compared to what I expected—response came after several hours and was quite templated. Withdrawals to my UAE bank took around 2-3 business days. Overall it’s fine, but for the same effort you can find a broker with sharper spreads and better support.

Spreads ok, but weekend ke baad swap/charges confusing lage

Main Priya Nair (Kochi) hoon. Standard account 6 months use kiya. Mostly USD/JPY, EUR/USD aur NAS100 kabhi-kabhi. Deposit maine debit card (Visa) se kiya—instant credit, no problem. Trading experience mixed raha. Normal market me spreads theek, but Wednesday rollover/overnight swaps me thoda confusion hua. Statement me swap values match karne me time laga aur support ne explain kiya but kaafi templated answer tha. Withdrawal 2 baar kiya—first time 2 days, second time 3 days (bank transfer). Not worst, but itna premium broker bolke itna delay feel hota hai.

Al Ain se: reliable basics, but support follow-up weak

Main Hessa Al Zaabi, Al Ain se. BlackBull Markets pe Standard account 6 months use kiya. Deposit maine card se kiya tha, instant ho gaya. Trading mostly USD/JPY aur EUR/USD, kabhi-kabhi gold. Broker basics reliable hain—platform crash nahi hua, orders place ho gaye. But jab mainne ek query raise ki about swap on a Wednesday rollover, support ne next day reply diya aur follow-up pe silence tha. Withdrawal bank transfer pe 2-4 working days laga (2 withdrawals). Theek hai, but support coordination better honi chahiye. Isliye 3 stars.
