Thiruvananthapuram se hu and 8 months se Bux Standard account use kar rahi hu. I mostly trade GBP/USD aur AUD/USD. Normal market me fills theek aate hain, lekin high volatility me slippage notice kiya (Bank of England rate decision wale din). Deposit maine debit card se kiya tha, instant ho gaya. Withdrawal pehle time 2 days me aaya, dusre time 4 days. Support ticket raise kiya toh response next day aaya—helpful tha but fast nahi. 3 star because overall workable hai, but support aur withdrawal timeline better ho sakta hai.

Reliable for regular trading, decent spreads most of the time

Neha from Pune. Using Bux for around 10 months on Standard account. I trade EUR/USD, USD/JPY and sometimes gold. Deposits through UPI were instant. Platform is stable and order placement is simple. Spreads are decent during normal sessions; I avoid major news events anyway. Withdrawals to my ICICI account came within 1–2 business days. Support is polite and helpful, though replies can take a few hours. Overall positive experience, 4 stars.

Average broker: smooth deposit, average support, okay withdrawals

Sneha from Chennai. Using Bux around 7 months, Standard account. I trade EUR/USD and XAU/USD mostly. Deposited through UPI (Google Pay) and it reflected quickly. Trading app works fine, but at times charts lag a bit on mobile during peak hours. Spreads are manageable normally. Withdrawal to my bank (SBI) took 3 working days. Not bad, but support was slow when I asked about my withdrawal status—kept giving template replies. So 3 stars from my side.

Kaafi sahi for swing trades, withdrawals time pe aaye

Vikram Singh, Jaipur. Bux pe 5 months se Standard account use kar raha hoon. Mostly swing trades on USD/JPY aur EUR/USD, kabhi-kabhi XAU/USD. Deposit maine UPI se kiya (Paytm), instantly show ho gaya. Withdrawal do baar kiya—ek baar 24 hours me aa gaya, doosri baar 2 working days. Bank: Kotak. Support chat pe response decent tha, although weekend pe delay hota. Overall experience positive raha, isliye 4 stars.

Beginner ke liye ok, par KYC/withdrawal me thoda delay

Hyderabad se hu. Bux Standard account pe around 5 months trading ki. Mainly USD/INR (jab available hota) aur EUR/USD swing trades kiye. App/terminal stable hai, but kabhi-kabhi peak time pe price refresh me slight lag feel hua. Deposit netbanking (HDFC) se kiya, same day credit. KYC re-check ek baar hua (address proof), uske baad withdrawal process slow ho gaya—₹12k equivalent withdrawal ko 3 working days lage. Support ne resolve kar diya but follow-up karna pada. Mixed experience—trust totally lose nahi hua, but smoothness improve ho sakti hai.
