I’m trading with Capitalindex from Dubai for around 8 months on a Standard account. I trade mainly EUR/USD, GBP/USD and gold. The platform is stable most days, but during major US news the spreads widen noticeably. I deposited using debit card (Emirates NBD) and it went through instantly. Withdrawal to my UAE bank account worked, but timing was inconsistent—first payout (USD 400) reached in about 2 working days, second one (USD 650) took 4 working days and support asked me to confirm my bank details again. Customer support is responsive on chat but you sometimes have to repeat the issue to get a clear answer. Overall: average, not terrible, not amazing.

Nagpur user: platform stable, but support thoda scripted lagta hai

Capitalindex pe maine 6-7 months use kiya. Nagpur se Standard account open kiya, KYC me PAN/Aadhaar upload kiya aur next day approve ho gaya. Deposit debit card (HDFC) se kiya—instant credit. Trading mainly USD/INR, EUR/USD aur GBP/JPY. Normal market me spreads ok, lekin London open ke time kabhi-kabhi spread widen ho jata hai. One time USD/INR pe order reject type message aaya, fir next attempt me place ho gaya. Withdrawal maine ₹25,000 kiya bank transfer pe—2 working days me aaya. Support se chat kiya to responses thode template wale lage, par eventually query solve ho gayi. Mixed experience, not bad not great.

Trading theek hai, withdrawals kabhi kabhi slow

Bengaluru se hoon, Capitalindex Standard account use kiya around 6 months. Deposit maine UPI se kiya tha, mostly instant reflect hua. Trading EUR/USD, GBP/USD aur XAU/USD pe zyada ki. Normal days pe execution sahi hai, charting bhi stable. Issue bas ye hai ki withdrawal ka experience inconsistent raha. Ek baar 2 din me aa gaya, dusri baar 6 working days lag gaye aur status pending hi dikhta रहा. Chat support polite hai but same template reply dete hain—“processing team”. Overall ok broker, but payout planning karke chalo.

Clean platform and stable execution, but payout timing could be clearer

The platform feels tidy and fast, and placing orders during London session has been smooth for my style (mostly EURUSD/GBPUSD scalps). Spreads are generally fine for majors, and I didn’t notice any weird re-quotes on market orders. Deposit through card/online banking was straightforward and credited quickly. My only hesitation is that withdrawal updates were not very transparent—my money did arrive, but the status messages in the portal didn’t change for a while, which made me second-guess if something was stuck. Support was polite and gave a clear checklist (KYC, bank details matching, etc.), but I still think the estimated timelines should be shown more clearly inside the dashboard. Platform ok, but charges/adjustments clear nahi hote

Delhi se Rahul. 7 months se Capitalindex use kar raha hoon (Standard). Deposit maine netbanking se kiya, same day reflect ho gaya. I trade GBP/USD aur EUR/USD mostly, plus NAS100 kabhi kabhi. Execution generally theek hai, but swap/overnight charges ka calculation kabhi kabhi confusing laga. Ek baar Wednesday rollover ke baad statement mein extra swap dikha, support ne explanation diya but detailed breakup nahi diya. Withdrawal 2 working days mein aa gaya (bank transfer), but KYC ke time pe documents re-upload karne ko bola—time waste hua. Not bad broker, but transparency better honi chahiye and support ko clearer answers dene chahiye.
