I’m trading from Jaipur and opened a Standard account around 6 months back. I mainly trade USD/INR (when available on my setup) and EUR/USD. The app/platform is okay and I didn’t face frequent disconnections. Deposits via netbanking (ICICI) were quick—usually within an hour. The issue was KYC and later withdrawals: my first withdrawal (~$250) took 3 working days; the next one took 5 working days because they asked for a fresh screenshot of the bank statement showing full name and account number. Support was polite but slow to give a definitive timeline. Overall 3/5 because trading is fine, but processes feel heavy.

Execution fine, par fees/spread kabhi kabhi surprise deta hai

Chennai se 5 months ka experience hai CFI Financial ke Standard account pe. Main mostly XAU/USD aur EUR/USD trade karti hoon. Normal time pe spreads ok, but news ke time pe spread widen hota hai and kabhi kabhi entry price thoda slip bhi hota. Deposit UPI (Google Pay) se kiya tha, instant credit. Withdrawal bank transfer pe maanga tha—pehli baar 2 din, dusri baar 4 working days. Support ne reply diya but proper breakdown nahi diya ki delay kyun hua. Overall mixed: trading workable hai, but cost clarity aur withdrawal tracking better chahiye.

Smooth execution and a clean app, but fees could be clearer

Abu Dhabi—trading ok, withdrawal timeline inconsistent

Main Abu Dhabi se trade karta hoon. Standard account pe 6 months se active hoon, mostly USDJPY aur XAUUSD. Deposit: Card (Mastercard) se $500 deposit kiya, instantly credit ho gaya. Trading: Normal days pe spreads theek, but kabhi-kabhi rollover ke aaspaas price thoda jump karta hai. News time pe slippage bhi mila. Withdrawal: $200 withdraw kiya to next working day aa gaya, but $350 wala withdrawal 3 working days laga. Support ne answer diya but proper tracking/ETA nahi diya. Overall 3 stars—broker usable hai, but withdrawal consistency aur updates improve hone chahiye.

Al Ain: decent broker, but paperwork/verification felt slow

I’m based in Al Ain and traded with CFI Financial for around 5 months on a Standard account. My main pairs are EURUSD and GBPUSD. Deposit via bank transfer (FAB) was fine and credited the same day. Trading conditions are acceptable for regular trading, but spreads can widen around market open and I experienced mild slippage on one stop order. The main friction was account verification and withdrawal communication. My first withdrawal ($250) took about 3 business days because they asked for an additional document after I submitted the request. Support was courteous, but the back-and-forth took time. Overall 3/5—okay service once running, but onboarding/withdrawal workflow should be smoother.
