Neha from Pune. Standard account, around 3 months. Deposit through debit card was instant and trading on EUR/USD and GBP/USD was okay in normal hours. But when I tried to withdraw (bank transfer), the request got held for additional verification even though my KYC was already submitted earlier. It took about a week end-to-end. Support kept asking me to wait and didn’t give a firm timeline. Spreads were also higher than what I’m used to, especially around market openings. Overall disappointed because withdrawals should be smoother.

Decent execution, but withdrawals need follow-up

I’m Arjun from Mumbai and I’ve been trading with Cmtrading on a Standard account for around 8 months. Deposited via UPI (PhonePe) and the money reflected in about 5–10 minutes. Trading mostly EUR/USD and XAU/USD on London session. Execution is generally okay, but during high volatility (US CPI/NFP) I saw noticeable slippage on gold and spreads widen. Withdrawal is where it becomes mixed. My first withdrawal to bank transfer (HDFC) was processed in 2 working days. Second time (around end of March) it took 5 working days and I had to mail support twice to get an update. Support replies, but not always on the first message. Overall not a scam experience for me, just not as smooth as I expected.

Decent platform but transparency on fees/processing could improve

Gurugram se trade karti hoon, Cmtrading Standard account last 6 months se. Deposit maine Mastercard se kiya, instantly reflect ho gaya. I mostly trade EUR/USD aur XAU/USD. Execution normal time pe theek hai, but kabhi-kabhi swap/overnight charges ka breakdown clearly samajh nahi aata. Statement mein aata hai but support se clarify karne pe proper explanation late milta hai. Withdrawal wise: card withdrawal request kiya tha, 4 working days mein credit hua. Not too bad, but website pe jo timeline likha tha usse thoda zyada laga. Support polite hai but detailed answers ke liye follow up karna padta hai. Overall: average broker, not terrible, but more clarity chahiye.

Nagpur se. Maine Cmtrading par Standard account try kiya around 3 months. Deposit debit card (SBI Visa) se kiya tha, instant credit ho gaya. Problem tab aayi jab maine profits ke saath withdrawal request kiya. Maine USD account me trade kiya (GBPUSD aur NAS100). Withdrawal bank transfer pe dala, but 8-9 din tak delay raha. Support chat pe bolte rahe ‘finance team checking’. Also, conversion/charges ka clarity nahi mila—bank me jo amount aaya woh expected se thoda कम था (bank/processing charges bolke). Platform usable hai but mujhe transparency aur response time weak laga. Isliye 2 star.

Deposit fast, trading ok, withdrawals patience wala scene

Dubai se. Cmtrading pe Standard account 8 months use kiya. Deposit maine credit card (FAB) se kiya, instantly reflect hua. Main mostly XAUUSD aur USDJPY trade karta hoon. Normal sessions me spreads manageable, but news time pe slip/spread dono badh jate hain. Withdrawal UAE bank transfer pe dala—pehli baar 4 working days, doosri baar 6 working days. Money aaya, but status updates weak the, mujhe email follow-up karna pada. Support ka tone fine hai, bas speed kam. Overall: mixed experience, average rating hi dunga.
