I’m Sneha from Chennai. I used Dmmfx for about 4 months on a Standard account. Deposit through UPI was quick (within minutes), so no issue there. The problem started when I tried to withdraw and also when holding positions overnight. I trade mainly XAU/USD and EUR/USD. I noticed swap/overnight charges sometimes felt higher than what I expected, and the explanation from support was not clear. Withdrawal of ₹50,000 to my bank took 7 working days. Support did respond, but it was mostly generic updates without any concrete timeline. Execution is average, but overall the account management and withdrawal experience made me uncomfortable. I won’t say it’s a total scam because trading worked, but I’m disappointed and I moved most of my funds out.

Average broker: okay trading conditions, inconsistent back office

I’m in Dubai and have traded with Dmmfx for around 10 months (Standard account). Deposits via card were instant, and one deposit via bank transfer took same day. I trade mostly EURUSD and NAS100. In normal sessions, spreads and execution are fine. But around major news events, NAS100 spread jumps and stop execution can be worse than expected. Withdrawals: I’ve done three. $200 came in 2 days, $500 came in 3 days, and $900 took 5 working days with no proactive update. Support responded after about 12–18 hours on email. Overall: not bad, but the back-office communication needs improvement.

Decent for trading, but withdrawal timelines are inconsistent

I’m Priya from Kochi. Been on Dmmfx Standard account for around 6 months. Deposited via netbanking (HDFC) and the funds reflected within 20 minutes. I mostly trade GBP/USD and USD/JPY, small lot sizes. Trading side is okay: spreads are acceptable in normal market hours, and I didn’t face frequent requotes. However, during high volatility (NFP Friday) my stop on GBP/USD slipped by a few pips which I didn’t expect. Withdrawals are where it becomes a bit unpredictable. First withdrawal (₹18,000 to bank) came in 48 hours. Second one (₹30,000) took almost 5 days and support kept saying it is “in queue”. Support replies, but you have to follow up. Not terrible, not great—works, but they need to improve withdrawal consistency.

Mumbai trader: platform stable, but charges/conditions clear nahi the

Main Mumbai se 6-7 months se Dmmfx pe Standard account use kar raha hoon. Deposit maine UPI (PhonePe) se 25,000 INR kiya tha, 10-15 min mein wallet/MT5 balance reflect ho gaya. Trading mostly USD/INR nahi, major pairs like GBP/USD aur EUR/USD pe kiya plus thoda XAU/USD. Normal days pe order execution okay tha, but US CPI/NFP ke time spreads suddenly badh jate hain aur stop-loss thoda worse fill hota hai (slippage). Ispe mujhe loss hua, so risk manage karna padta hai. Withdrawal: pehli baar 10,000 INR ka withdrawal bank transfer to HDFC mein 2 days mein aa gaya. Dusri baar 15,000 INR ko 4 days lag gaye aur support se follow-up karna pada. Support polite hai but same template replies aate hain: "processing with finance team". Transparency aur timeline clear ho to better. Overall 3-star: workable broker, but news time costs + withdrawal delay issue.

Okay broker but withdrawals ko streamline karo

Main Vikram (Jaipur) hoon, 5 months se Dmmfx Standard use kar raha hoon. Deposit via UPI (GPay) kiya—instant to 10 min mein credit. Pairs: USD/INR occasionally, mostly EUR/USD aur GBP/USD. Platform stable hai, spreads normal market mein fine. Problem tab aati hai jab market fast ho—London open pe 1-2 pip extra slippage feel hua. Withdrawal: ₹15,000 ka request 3 working days mein aa gaya, but ₹35,000 wala 5 days tak pending raha. Support reply karta hai but “processing team” bolke delay justify karte. Overall average experience—trading ok, withdrawal speed better karni chahiye.
