Stable execution, but the onboarding felt a bit heavy

I’m Arjun Raghavan from Bengaluru and I’ve been using Phillipcapital for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the trading side has been dependable for my style (mostly EUR/USD and GBP/USD intraday). Orders generally go through cleanly and I haven’t had random platform freezes during active sessions. The part that slowed me down was onboarding and account setup. There were a few steps where I wasn’t sure which document format they wanted, and I had to resend one item. Once the account was live, day-to-day use was fine. Deposits have been straightforward on my end, but withdrawals weren’t always as quick as I expected—nothing alarming, just a couple of times it took longer than the timeline I had in mind. Support was helpful when I asked, though responses weren’t instant. Net: a solid broker experience for me so far, with room to streamline the setup and improve withdrawal turnaround.
