Reliable execution, but the portal could be smoother

I’m Mariam from Dubai and I’ve been trading with HYCM mainly on major FX pairs and a bit of gold. Order execution has been consistent for my style (intraday/swing), and spreads feel fair most of the time during normal liquidity. The onboarding/KYC was straightforward, but the client area can feel a little clunky on mobile—some pages load slowly and I had to refresh a couple of times to see updated balance after closing trades. Deposits via card went through quickly and the confirmation email was immediate. Withdrawals did arrive, but not as fast as I expected the first time because my bank needed an extra reference/statement; after that it was smoother. Support was polite and actually followed up instead of closing the ticket right away. Overall, I’m comfortable continuing, but I’d love to see a cleaner dashboard and clearer status tracking for withdrawals.
