I’m Fatima from Al Ain and I opened a Standard account to practice short-term EUR/USD and gold trades. The onboarding was straightforward and I was trading the same day. Spreads looked fine most of the time, but during busy hours the platform felt a bit slow and I had a couple of moments where the price feed lagged for a few seconds. Deposit by card went through instantly, which I liked. Withdrawal worked, but it wasn’t as fast as I expected—my first payout took a few business days and I had to follow up once. Support replied politely and explained the processing timeline, but I wish the status updates were clearer inside the client area. Overall it’s usable for a small account and learning, but I wouldn’t rate it as “smooth” yet.

Decent execution, but the portal feels a bit clunky

I’m Rohit from Pune and I’ve been using this broker on and off for about 6 months, mostly for EURUSD and XAUUSD intraday trades. Execution has been mostly fine on my side and I didn’t face repeated requotes, which was my main worry. What I didn’t like is the client area experience—it takes too many clicks to find basic things like funding history and account details. Also, the spreads look okay in normal hours but can widen noticeably around major news, so I avoid placing new orders right at the release. Overall it’s not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected. If they improve the dashboard and make fees/conditions easier to see, I’d rate it higher.
