Solid execution, but the back office feels a bit dated
I’m Vikram from Delhi and I’ve been using Fullerton on a Standard account for about 6 months. My main focus is intraday trades on majors, and overall the execution has been reliable with no major freezes during active sessions. Spreads are generally fine for my style, and the platform connection has been stable. Deposits went through without drama, but the client portal/back office UI feels a little old-school and I had to click around more than expected to find basic statements and account settings. Support was helpful when I asked about document verification and trading hours, though responses were not instant. Withdrawals did arrive, but the status updates were a bit unclear—I would have preferred more precise tracking and ETA messaging. Not a deal-breaker for me, but it’s the main area that could be smoother. Overall, I’d say it’s a good broker experience with a few usability improvements needed on the admin side.
