I’m trading from Sharjah and opened a Standard account mainly to keep my positions and reporting in one place. The platform feels clean and stable, and placing orders is simple with no unnecessary steps. Deposits went through smoothly and the balance updated quickly. What I didn’t like is how some of the activity/history screens group items—when I’m reviewing multiple entries from the same day, I have to tap around to confirm which fees relate to which trade. Support replied in a reasonable time and pointed me to the right section, but I still think the statements could be more transparent for quick auditing. Overall it’s a solid experience for normal trading, just needs better reporting polish.

I’d like to see more built-in risk tools (position size calculator, clearer margin impact before confirming, and quicker access to instrument-specific trading hours). Pricing/spreads feel okay for the trades I placed, but I still cross-check costs before committing. Deposit was straightforward and reflected in the balance without drama. Withdrawals worked, but one request took longer than I expected, and the status updates weren’t very detailed. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about account statements and funding timelines, even if the response wasn’t instant.
