Decent platform, but the small frictions add up

I’m Neha from Bangalore and I’ve been using Forexclub on a Standard account for about 6 months. The charting and order placement are mostly smooth and I didn’t face any major platform outages during my trading hours. Spreads felt okay on majors on normal days, but during fast moves the pricing and execution can feel a bit less predictable than I’d like (not terrible, just something you notice when you scalp). Deposit via card worked on the first try and the account crediting was quick. Withdrawals did reach me, but the processing time was inconsistent—sometimes it was handled quickly, other times it took longer with no clear status updates in the portal. Support was polite and they replied, but I often had to follow up to get a straightforward answer. Overall it’s usable and not a disaster, but I wish they improved transparency around withdrawal status and gave clearer explanations on fees/processing timelines.
