Stable execution and clean platform, but reporting could be clearer

I’m Mariam from Sharjah and I’ve been trading mostly major FX pairs with a modest position size. My overall experience has been solid: order execution feels consistent during normal liquidity and I haven’t had platform freezes on my side. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style (short intraday trades), and the trade ticket is straightforward. Where I think there’s room to improve is the account reporting/history screens. I can find what I need, but it takes extra clicks to reconcile swaps/rollover and to export a clean statement for my own tracking. It’s not a dealbreaker, just slightly inconvenient when I’m doing weekly reviews. Deposits have been smooth for me so far. Withdrawals have worked, but the turnaround wasn’t always as fast as I expected, which is why I’m not giving a perfect score there. Support was polite and did answer my questions, though sometimes the replies were a bit templated. Overall I’d keep it in my rotation for FX, especially when I just want a reliable place to place and manage trades without too much distraction.
