Smooth platform, but fees took some getting used to

The platform feels stable and I like how clean the order ticket is—placing and modifying trades is straightforward and I haven’t faced random disconnects during active sessions. Deposits were simple on my side and credited without drama, but the overall cost structure (spreads/commissions/other charges depending on what you trade) took me a bit of time to fully understand. Nothing shocking, just not as “plug and play” as some pure FX brokers. Withdrawals were okay, but not instant—more like a standard banking timeline. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about reporting and account settings, though I did have to follow up once to get a clearer answer. Overall: reliable and professional, best if you don’t mind reading the fee details and you want a more bank-style experience rather than a flashy FX-only app.
