Mostly smooth execution, minor hiccups with withdrawals

I’m Priya from Chennai and I’ve been trading part-time alongside my day job. I opened a Standard account with Pbe and used it mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD intraday. The platform experience has been stable for me and orders usually go through without drama. Spreads felt reasonable during normal market hours, and I didn’t notice anything weird with pricing on my usual pairs. Deposit was quick and the portal layout is straightforward, which I appreciate because I don’t want to dig through five menus just to find basic stuff. Where I think they can improve is withdrawals. It’s not that I couldn’t withdraw, but the processing time felt inconsistent. One withdrawal was quick, another one took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once. Support did respond and gave an update, but it still felt like I had to nudge them. Overall, I’d still keep the account for my routine trading, but I want more predictable withdrawal timelines.
