Stable execution, but the portal could be simpler

I’m trading from Ajman and I opened a Standard account to test PurpleTrading with a small deposit first. Execution on major pairs felt consistent during London session and spreads were generally in the range I expected for a standard account. The client area does the job, but some settings and reports are buried in menus and it took me a while to find the exact statements I needed for my own tracking. Deposit was straightforward and reflected quickly. Withdrawal worked, but it wasn’t as fast as I hoped and I had to double-check the verification steps to avoid delays. Support answered politely and did follow up, but the first response was a bit template-like before they addressed my exact question. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep the account, but I’d like to see a cleaner portal and slightly faster withdrawals.
