I’m trading from Sharjah and I opened a Bulenox account mainly to test their evaluation rules and execution during the London session. Onboarding was straightforward and I got access quickly. The rules are presented in a simple way, and I like that I don’t have to dig through five menus to find basic limits. Trading itself felt smooth for my style (mostly scalping EURUSD and XAUUSD on M5). Spreads and fills were acceptable most days, but around major news the slippage was more noticeable than I expected. That’s not a deal-breaker for me, but it’s something to plan around. Deposits were easy with no surprises. Withdrawals worked, but the status updates weren’t very transparent, so I ended up messaging support just to confirm the timeline. Support replied politely and solved it, though it took a couple of messages to get a clear answer. Overall I’m satisfied and I’ll keep using it, but I’d like to see clearer progress tracking and better notifications for payout status.

Decent broker, but gold pe spread and withdrawals thode slow

Hyderabad se trade kar raha hoon Bulenox pe around 7 months, Standard account. Deposit maine bank transfer (IMPS) se kiya tha, same day credit ho gaya (approx 1-2 hours). Pairs mainly XAUUSD, EURUSD. Normal days pe okay hai, but news time pe XAUUSD ka spread kaafi expand ho jata hai and kabhi kabhi slippage bhi milta hai. EURUSD stable laga. Withdrawal: 2 baar kiya—$120 aur $300 equivalent—bank transfer pe. Pehli baar 3 working days, dusri baar 5 working days. Paisa aa gaya but status updates clear nahi the, baar baar follow-up karna pada. Support average hai—reply kar dete hain but template type. Overall thik-thak, not best not worst.

Not bad, but customer support feels overloaded

Pune se Neha. Bulenox Standard account use kiya around 7 months (Dec 2024–Jun 2025). Deposit maine debit card se try kiya tha, fail hua; then UPI se ho gaya within minutes. Trading pairs: EUR/USD, GBP/USD. Trading experience average—spreads okay, kabhi kabhi London open pe widen. Withdrawals: pehli baar 2 days me, second time 4 days. Support reachable hai but replies slow aur generic. Overall 3 star because workable hai, but not smooth end-to-end.

Thik hai for basics, but updates and transparency missing

Dubai se Bulenox pe 7 months se trade kar raha hoon, Standard account. Deposit maine crypto (USDT TRC20) se kiya tha on 2 Jan, 10-15 minutes me credit ho gaya—deposit fast. Trading: mainly XAUUSD and EURUSD. Normal days pe fine, but jab volatility hoti hai toh gold pe spread wide and entry pe thoda slippage feel hota hai. Not always, but enough to notice. Withdrawal: crypto withdrawal $350 USDT kiya on 28 March. It reached in around 24 hours, but support se confirmation lene me time laga. Also fees/processing info clear nahi tha beforehand. Overall mixed experience—usable, but transparency and communication improve karni chahiye.

Abu Dhabi trader: execution okay, support slow on weekends

Abu Dhabi se trade kar raha hoon Bulenox pe around 9 months. Standard account. Deposit bank transfer (UAE) se kiya, next day credit hua (approx 18-20 hours). Pairs: USDJPY, GBPUSD mostly. Execution normal sessions me fine, but Friday evenings pe spreads widen and scalping me difference padta hai. Withdrawal: $300 withdraw request 6 May ko kiya, bank transfer me 3 working days me aa gaya. So no big issue, bas status updates minimal. Support: weekdays pe ok, weekend pe late response. Overall mixed but acceptable.
