The trading environment felt stable during London/NY overlap and I didn’t face random disconnects. On the positive side, the dashboard makes it simple to see where you stand on daily loss limits and targets, which helped me avoid overtrading. The onboarding was also straightforward. Where it needs improvement is the time it took for my first withdrawal request to be processed. It eventually went through, but I had to follow up more than once and the updates felt a bit generic. Support was polite and did respond, just not always with the level of detail I expected. Overall I’d still recommend it if you want disciplined rules and a clean experience, but I’d like faster, more transparent withdrawal status updates.
