Smooth platform and execution, but withdrawals could be clearer

I’m Priya from Bangalore and I’ve been using RoboForex mainly for intraday EURUSD and gold. The overall trading experience has been solid—orders go through quickly on MT5 and I haven’t faced random disconnects during active sessions. Spreads are generally acceptable for my style and the account dashboard is easy to navigate. Deposits were instant for me and the balance updated right away. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the withdrawal process felt a bit unclear on timing. My withdrawal did arrive, but the status messages in the portal were not very descriptive and I had to double-check what each step meant. Support was polite and answered my ticket within a day. They didn’t “solve” anything magically, but they explained what documents were needed and what to expect next. Overall: good broker experience for trading, just needs more transparency and better progress updates for withdrawals.
