I’m Ahmed from Dubai and I’ve been trading with this broker for about 6 months on a Standard account. Overall the platform performance has been solid for my style (mostly EURUSD and XAUUSD intraday). Orders generally fill quickly and I haven’t noticed weird platform freezes during active sessions. Deposits were straightforward on my side and the funds reflected in a reasonable time. Withdrawals were okay, but not always as fast as I expected—nothing dramatic, just a little inconsistent depending on the day/time. Support was polite and tried to help, but sometimes the answers felt a bit templated and I had to ask follow-up questions to get a clear step-by-step. If they modernize parts of onboarding and make withdrawal timing more predictable, it would easily be a 5 for me.

The client portal works, but it feels a little old-school and I sometimes have to click around to find basic reports like swap and commission breakdowns.
