Overall the trading side has been solid for my day-to-day USD pairs and gold scalps. Execution has been consistent during normal liquidity, and spreads are generally in line with what I expected for a Standard setup. Deposits were smooth for me and credited without surprises. Withdrawals did arrive, but the processing time felt a bit inconsistent (sometimes quick, sometimes an extra business day or two), which is why I didn’t give a perfect score there. Support was polite and helpful when I asked about account statements and swap calculations. My only real complaint is the client portal/UI: it works, but it feels old-fashioned and takes too many clicks to find basic items like reports and funding history. If they modernize the portal and make withdrawal timelines more predictable, it would easily be a 5/5 for my style of trading.
