Steady execution and a clean platform, but onboarding took a bit

I’m Vikram from Bangalore and I’ve been using Gaitame for about 6 months, mainly for EUR/USD and USD/JPY intraday trades. Execution has been consistent for my lot size and I haven’t noticed any random freezes during active sessions. The platform layout is straightforward and order placement feels predictable, which matters to me when I’m scaling in/out. My only real friction was during the initial onboarding/KYC. Nothing “wrong,” just a few back-and-forth steps and the process felt slower than what I’m used to. Once the account was live, deposits were smooth and reflected quickly. Withdrawals worked, but the timing was average rather than fast—took a little longer than I expected on one request. Support was helpful when I asked about account settings and contract specifications, but response time depended on the hour. Overall it’s a solid experience and I’d rate it 4/5 because it’s reliable, just not the quickest in every step.
