Execution has been mostly fine during normal market hours and spreads are generally acceptable for what I do. What I don’t love is the client area experience. It feels a bit dated and I had to double-check a few times where to find statements and funding history. Deposits went through without drama, but withdrawals took longer than I expected on one occasion, which made me cautious about keeping too much balance there. Support was polite and tried to help, but the answers sometimes felt copy-pasted and I had to follow up to get a clear timeline. Overall: workable broker for basic trading, but I’d like to see smoother back-office and clearer withdrawal ETA updates.
