Spreads look competitive during normal market hours, but around big news they widen more than I expected, so I learned to keep my position sizing conservative. Withdrawals did arrive, but not always as fast as the deposit side. The first one took longer than I anticipated and I had to check the portal a few times to see if there was any extra step needed. Support was polite and answered my questions, but the replies sometimes felt a bit templated. Once I clarified what I needed (reference number + method), things moved.
