Support at Fxglobe answered my KYC questions within a few hours. The onboarding process was straightforward for a standard account from Abu Dhabi.

I’m Rahul Singh from Hyderabad. I’ve been using FXGlobe on and off for the last few months mainly for EURUSD and XAUUSD. Execution is generally okay during normal hours and I haven’t faced random disconnects, but the client area feels a bit outdated and I had to click around too much to find basic things like statement downloads and fee info. Deposits through card were quick on my side, and the trading conditions were acceptable for my swing trades. The only reason I’m not giving a higher rating is that withdrawals were not as smooth as deposits for me—nothing dramatic, but it took longer than I expected and I had to follow up once with support. Support replied politely and did solve my query, just not instantly. If they improve the dashboard and make the withdrawal flow more transparent (status tracking, expected timelines), I’d be happier overall.

I’m Mariam from Al Ain (UAE) and I’ve been trading mostly EURUSD and gold with FXGlobe for the last 6 months. The platform itself has been stable for me and I haven’t had random disconnections, which I appreciate because I sometimes trade around major news. Execution feels fine in normal market conditions, but when volatility picked up (CPI / FOMC type moments), the slippage and wider spreads were more noticeable than I expected for a "Standard" setup. It wasn’t every trade, but enough that I started avoiding certain hours. Deposit was straightforward with my card and the balance reflected quickly. Support answered, but the responses felt a bit scripted and I had to ask the same question twice to get a clear explanation about trading costs and what to expect during rollover. Overall: workable for casual trading, but I’m more cautious now about holding positions over rollover and trading during high-impact events.

Account opening was straightforward and I was able to get MT4 running quickly. For major pairs like EUR/USD and GBP/USD, execution felt stable during normal market hours, and I didn’t notice any weird price jumps on my end. Spreads looked fine on the surface, but once I factored in swaps/overnight charges and the small differences between account conditions, my swing trades were a bit more expensive than I expected. Deposits worked without any issues for me, but withdrawals were slower than I’m used to with other services. Nothing alarming, just not “fast.” Support was polite and answered my questions, though the replies sometimes felt templated and I had to ask follow-ups to get specifics. Overall: workable broker for simple setups, but I’d recommend reading all the trading conditions carefully if you hold positions overnight or trade around news.

I’m Rohit from Pune and I’ve been using this broker on and off for about 6 months, mostly for EURUSD and XAUUSD intraday trades. Execution has been mostly fine on my side and I didn’t face repeated requotes, which was my main worry. What I didn’t like is the client area experience—it takes too many clicks to find basic things like funding history and account details. Also, the spreads look okay in normal hours but can widen noticeably around major news, so I avoid placing new orders right at the release. Overall it’s not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I expected. If they improve the dashboard and make fees/conditions easier to see, I’d rate it higher.
