Platform is functional but the education section could be better. Had one delayed withdrawal that was resolved after follow-up with support.

Execution on majors has been consistent for my short intraday trades, and I haven’t had random disconnects during busy sessions. Deposits went through smoothly for me, but the client portal takes a few clicks too many to find basic things like account history and document status. Support answered my questions clearly, though I had to follow up once to get a timeline on a verification step. Overall it’s a good experience, just needs a cleaner UI and faster status updates inside the dashboard.

I’m Priya from Pune and I’ve been using XS.com for around 6 months on a Standard account. My main pairs are EURUSD and GBPUSD with occasional gold. Execution has been generally clean during normal market hours and the platform stability has been fine on both Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Deposits went through quickly for me, and I like that the client area shows the status clearly. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 is that withdrawals felt a bit slower than I expected on one occasion (still received it, but it took extra follow-up), and I wish the cost/spread details were displayed more transparently in one place instead of me having to check multiple screens. Support was polite and answered my questions about account verification and swap charges, though I had to wait a while during a busy time window. Overall, it’s been a good experience for my style, just with a few process improvements needed.

Deposits went through quickly using my preferred method, but I do think the platform could explain the non-trading charges more clearly (like what exactly might apply depending on the method/currency conversion). It’s not a deal-breaker, just something I want to see upfront so I can plan my account funding. Support was polite and responded within a few hours when I asked about leverage and instrument specs. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the information is spread across multiple pages and you end up confirming details with support instead of seeing one clean summary.

Execution has been stable for the major pairs I trade (mostly EURUSD and GBPUSD). Spreads are generally reasonable during London/NY, though I noticed they widen more than I expected around high-impact news, so I avoid placing new trades right at release time. Deposits were credited without drama, but the one thing I’d like improved is how clearly swap/overnight charges are displayed before you hold a position. I had to double-check the contract specs and still ended up a bit surprised on one mid-week rollover. Support has been polite and responsive on chat, but sometimes their answers feel copy-pasted and I have to ask follow-up questions to get the exact detail. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’ll keep using it, just with more attention to costs on holds.
