The actual order execution has been mostly fine for my style (simple EUR/USD and gold trades), and spreads are acceptable most of the time. What I didn’t like is how “old school” the client area feels. Uploading documents and finding basic account settings took more clicks than it should, and I had to double-check confirmations because the layout isn’t very clear. Support was polite and did respond, but it felt like I was talking to different people each time and I had to re-explain my issue.
